• am a mom of a two three year old
• am a programmer (java, php, .net, js/jquery, mysql, sql server, oracle etc.)
• am exploring my cooking and baking skills (this is currently in limbo)
• like looking up recipes and following Malaysian cooking blogs
• like Alton Brown’s geeky perspective on cooking
• allow my stalker-ish tendencies to emerge on twitter
• am a long-time World of Warcraft gamer – currently switched over to SWTOR

The purpose of this blog is to:

• supplement Facebook as a way of keeping my family around the globe posted on my kid’s development (so yes, lots of kid posts)
• occasionally provide a place for me to rant about some coding/engineering issue I’m trying to work out (not many of these – I seem to want to put too many words down and end up not writing them at all)
